Message Pattern Extractor - MPX is a completely configurable EMail/File

MPX is a completely configurable EMail/File Pattern Identification and Manipulation Utility. It allows the user to specify transformation tasks by defining sets, patterns, state transition graphs, and actions to perform. It can accept input from stored emails (via MAPI) and/or files. It can output to a DBMS (via ODBC) and/or files. It can be configured to parse emails (headers and text bodies) or perform transformations on files.

MPX also features:

Recursive capabilities (enabling parsing of nested tags, comments, etc.)
Wide-string (Unicode) input / output capability
ODBC interface making database layout info (table and field names) available to configuration developer
ODBC interface allowing generation of an arbitrary SQL statement built with a combination of user-defined dta and parsed data
User-defined function interface, allowing calling of a DLL created per the interface specification
