Option to run with Windows and automatically Optimize in the background when available memory falls below user selected level or the default. (40%) Also includes a Process Viewer that shows all the running processes which are many more than Windows' Ctrl+Alt+Del Task Viewer shows and the amount of memory each uses. This will help you find out which programs are resource hogs and the opportunity to stop tasks to help prevent crashing.
