What is this Control About?
Often on your VB apllication will require use of scroll bars.These may be required for PictureBoxes, Text Area etc. The standard Controls that are shipped by Microsoft don't allow you to change the Colors and Backgrounds.

What does ASScroll do?
Keeping in mind the above requirements, AbhiramSoft has developed a flexible control which allows you to do that. With ASSCroll you can change the left and right button colors, the slider color and background color of the slider. You can even make the background transparent. With this the Scroll Bars can completely match your form and other controls.
