TerraFirma 3D is a utility for creating 3D models, WaveFront Object files to be precise. It does this using height maps, or greyscale images, to generate a terrain model, which it displays in an OpenGL viewer. You can quite literally draw on one part of the application and watch your model take shape in another.

In addition to 3D models, TerraFirma 3D also allows you to create a texture map that can be used alongside your model in most other 3D applications.

TerraFirma 3D comes with the following features:
