WebFileLoader is a Internet
client for downloading large
files. It supports error
recovery and download
resuming. If the downloading
of files was not completed
during one Internet session,
WebFileLoader will continue
downloading during the
following sessions.
The program will begin to
download the large file
from the same position,
in which the downloading
of this file in the previous
session was interrupted.
