By recording food consumption selected from a comprehensive database of 6000 food items you can visually monitor your energy and nutrient intake against daily targets. A second module allows you to record your Weight and graph it against your projected target weight. In the third Exercise module you record your activities selected from a supplied database. You can then graphically balance your energy input and expenditure.
